When we check in at counter of Vietnam airline at terminal 2 for flight VN36 from Frankfurt back Hochiminh city via Hanoi, we have sent total 10 luggages but the check in staff just give us 9 tags and we forgot to check again so we lost 1 black valise. I think the staff check in forgot to attached the tag for this luggages. |
