My wife was wearing a gold bangle of approx.23 gram which I gifted to her this April as marriage anniversary gift. I lodged a complaint with Indigo Airlines who responded within 24 hrs. saying nothing was found. Indi doesnt have access to see the camera footage in the taxi transport area. I also visited gate No.13 -Lost found Dept. who too were helpless. |
