Gate 41-. Possibly left on the plane that was broken down. We had to switch planes. |

We were at gate41 and boarded flight 1546 to Sarajevo. We had to switch planes do to mechanical problems with the plane. The ipad was likely left on that broken plane. We then headed to gate 31 to a new plane and headed home. The Lufthansa personnel told me to make a claim upon arrival im Sarajevo. I was denied a claim there because its a lost item not baggage. Please help. |
