| Location Details: | I went through customs from trip from Johannesburg - Istanbul - Atlanta. Collected my bag after customs, made way out that area where I was stopped by baggage handler who said my bag is going on a connecting flight to Miami. I found this to be odd cause how did they know Im going to Miami. He looked at the tag on bag and said this is going to Miami. I was under impression I needed to pay for extra luggage, I then thought maybe I pay once I get to Miami. The guy put the bag back into an area with other bags. I then went through a check point with my hand luggage but I was late for my next flight. Bag ticket number 0235374839. Atlanta TK 013101. IST -003931. TK 374839. TK 131 Boeing 787-9. I was delayed at customs and miss my flight to Miami. I was then put in the next flight. The lady at counter said my bag will be in Miami when I get there. ticket number 006 5490422506 Ref ZA 12418581. DL 1386 dep 17:21. Next flight details. Flight DL 1589 01 September Departed 1030pm term A28. ETKT 1 006 2264491186 5. HQH49C. I have since been in touch with Delta and they said they did not get the bag. And Turkish said I collected the bag so it has nothing to do with them. Please please please. My bag has my nephews ashes in the bag. He passed away and was cremated. His ashes were supposed to go to his brother. The cremation certificate is in the bag with the death certificate. Please help me. No one wants to help me. |
