Passenger left his samsung Z fold phone in the pocket seat front of his seat. Dato Tan was seating in 15C. He only realized his phone still on the plane when he was in his connecting flght from London to Manchester.Therefore,he could not contact or went to lost and found MAS counter in London. We had tried to contact lost and found on KL office but no one pick up the phone.Managed to speak with MAS customer service on the phone on 3rd March.However I was told to contact MAS airport in London but not able to do so as it is costly. |
