I was traveling from LAX to Guatemala City. I check in my bags however had left my cell phone in bag TSA agent took out my cell phone and never placed it back in back. I left and was called that they had my cell phone. I told staff I would pick it up on my return home. I returned home Jan 28 and spoke to staff who told me that they did not have my phone. That they usually discard of items not picked up. I am asking for reimbursement. Im an elderly lady and cannot afford to buy a new phone. My daughter has to translate for me because my English is not good. You could talk to her too Genesis 619-387-6635 |
