Dear Schiphol,My name is Wayne Watson. On Saturday, January 28, I flew from Amsterdam to Geneva on KL1929, departing at 12:25, arriving at about 13:50. I was seated in seats 20 C and 20 D There was nobody beside me..Unfortunately, while I was on the plane, I lost my black knitted cap. It is not expensive, but it has great personal, sentimental value to me. Ive attached a picture.I reported it at the Dnata office immediately after debarking. I asked whether or not there was any way that I could go back to the aircraft to retrieve it, but they said that it was not possible. They instructed me to e-mail both KLM and Schiphol in the hopes that the crew found the cap while turning the aircraft over.Again, its not valuable, but it is a memento of somebody now gone, and so holds great emotional value for me.Any help would be much appreciated.Sincerely,Wayne Watson |
