I got the flight from DTW to JFK on 12222022 30 days ago directly with no connections. I checked Two luggages in Detroit. Unfortunately, one black Rimowa trunk plus overweight which never was found when my flight arrived.I also had to pay overweight 100 USD for this luggage.No one was able to help me until this moment, nobody couldnt even confirm where my luggage is. Its a weird thing, because my luggage didnt appearance in none place in your system like I had never checked this piece, and I am really worry because therere things with high valuable inside that. Furthermore my case was assigned to a specialist whoseI got in person to DTW and in JFK to check luggages in your office and the managers didnt give any information.
