| Additional Information: | This was the day the FAA grounded all planes. We were shuffled to different Southwest flights and gates and times. Changed planes in Baltimore then on to Ft Lauderdale on flight 479. Arrived at 9:00. Didnt unpack til next morning. Noticed jewelry case was missing. Airport had sent to lost and found in AL they said. |
