A cabin crew member took my daughters backpack to store in the overhead compartment as plane was taking off. She put it in the cabin crew only compartment. When we deplaned, we forgot to get it. Halfway to baggage claim, we ran back to ask. Gate agent said all leftover items would be at baggage claim. We went to baggage claim and it was not there. Agents there phoned the gate and they said a thorough search had been made and the plane had already taken off again. Where could it have gone |
