i came from Iceland on the 18th of November 2022 and the Icelandair flight number was F1454. We were suppose to catch an Etihad Airways flight EY018 which me and my family missed. That was suppose to be our connecting flight. From Abu Dhabi we were suppose to catch another Etihad Airways flight EY450 that suppose to take us home to Sydney, Australia which obviously we didnt catch.Me and my family caught a Qantas flight QF2 the next day on the 19th of November 2022 from Heathrow Airport. They said only one luggage was put onto the plane. Please help us.The three luggages are Samsonite. Two of them are the biggest size and are like a graphite colour. The one luggage is Samsonite biggest size and is a dark blue. The other checked in item is a stroller wrapped in blue plastic. Inside the luggages are mainly clothes, toys, child vitamins and medicines. Also it contains feminine items. |
