| Location Details: | I put my bag in checked baggage at Heathrow for my flight to Costa Rica. I had a lay over in Toronto however my connecting flight got missed. So I had to wait in Toronto airport for 24 hours. The staff said my bag had gone on the next flight with me to Costa Rica. However. It was not there when I arrived. |
