Dear Sir Madam,My name is Anas Haroon I am a Pakistani National based in Istanbul Turkey since 2017. Last week on the 10th of September I traveled to Karachi- Pakistan from Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport through Qatar Airways Via Hamad International Airport as a transit. During travel, I carried 7 thousand USD in my laptop bag which is always in my hand.After reaching Hammad International airport Qatar airways staff told me that the next transit flight for Karachi moved from 19.35 10th of September to the next date 11th of September at 3.10 AM. I patiently sit at the airport and wait for my next flight. Before departure for Karachi. On the flight, I checked my laptop bag to ensure that my money was inside the bag, and with that amount, I put my passport and other travel documents and put the bag in the up cupboard. During the flight, I went to the toilet just for two minutes.At the time of arrival at Karachi airport, I opened my laptop bag to take out my passport but my money was not in the bag. I asked cabin crew staff to help me regarding this matter but they rejected this statement that we landed at the airport hopefully airport management will help out. Later at the airport, I contacted Qatar airways management but they didnt show any effort in my stolen case. Rather than check other passengers, they started to check my luggage which might be I put money in any other bags but I am 100 sure that it was stolen on the flight. Today almost one week had completed but there is no response from Qatar airways management regarding my case even they took my passport picture from my mobile phone camera with this statement May God helps you.My request to Qatar airways management kindly investigate my stolen case because I am trying to save this seven thousand USD for one and half years for my marriage ceremony and I came to Pakistan just to attend my marriage. We chose Qatar airways to make our travel more comfort not for stolen our money in flight. Not Today but tomorrow for other passengers safety please take a step and investigate my case. Thank you |
