| Location Details: | I was at departure gate 4 just about to board my plane and the latam flight attendant took my bag and said it should have been checked luggage as not appropriate for overhead carriage. The guy said he will transfer my bag to Campo grande. At the luggage claim my bag did not arrive. I submitted a missing report they said it will arrive the following flight. But it didnt show up. |
