Two suitcases containing clothing newly purchased suits, pants and shirts belonging to Messrs. Reichert Jonathan Thanda and Tumbo Michael Kumung were last checked into the Kigali Rwanda to Bole International Airport, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on the early morning hours of Saturday, 25th June 2022. The suitcases were supposed to be collected at the Entebbe Airport, Uganda. However, upon arrival at the baggage collection point in Entebbe, Uganda we were advised by the Airline Staff that the our luggage were not loaded on the flight that we were on. They said to check and send it through to our final destination Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea PNG. We have arrived safely and check at the lost baggage claim center at Changi Airport in Singapore but they said the Airline Ethiopian Airways was responsible hence this request in the hope that we might be able to get some some assistance from your end. Please kindly confirm of any arrangements is being made to send our luggage to Singapore and onward to Port Moresby. |
