In South Bend a special handling tag was added and we were told that it would be available at different landing points. We last saw it in Newark and were told again it would be waiting for us. It was not there. |

Airport personnel not helpful. Standard reply was Not my job. My trip for 12 days in Norway was ruined. I would have bought another if it could have been found. I needed a 3 wheel model for flexibility. The brand of walker was Nova. This brand retails 150. It is aluminum color with a built in black bag labeled, Nova. The lettering on the bag was multi-colored.. The walker was not allowed on the international flight from Newark to Amsterdam. I was told to leave it on the jet-way to be stored , special handled in luggage. |
