Luggage last checked in at London Heathrow terminal 2 airport. The luggage was expected to be in transit from LHR to Vienna to Bangkok then to Manila. Via Austrian Airlines going to Philippine Airlines, 30 Apr to 1st May flight as apparently the flight from BKK got cancelled. My luggage never went out of BKK and was advised it was going to be transferred.01 May, I was expected to board PR0731 and was advised the luggage should already have been transferred.Upon arriving in Manila, i was advised it should arrive the next day but never got contacted by Philippine Airlines. |
