I realised my trolley was lost when I was in the aircraft and I immediately activated the search. After a while, just before take off, an airport operator came on board and told me my trolley had been located in the check in area counters. He described my luggage perfectly and confirmed it was mine because it carried my name on the tag. He said they would send it over to Rome the next day. |
