Dear Sir, I travveled from Lubumbashi- Congo D.R.C to Dubai Via Adis Ababa on Ethiopian airlines. At adiss ababa they did a rapid test and i found covid positive, So i got quarantined in Ethiopia for 5 days. I asked at airport for baggage, they said i will get baggage as i reach to dubai.After 6 days, As i got Covid Negative, I travvled to dubai. After reaching to dubai when i asked at Dnata office at arrival, they said we sent your baggage back to Ethiopia.We will mail them and arrange your bag within 2 days. They took my number and they told me they will call me. But i never receive call from them, i have to travel to India in 3 days. I request you to please arrange my 2 baggage, As i dont have clothes here to change. Its my humble request to do the needful at the earliest. |
