| Location Details: | We checked in the bag in Ljubljana airport going to Gatwick. We had made one payment for two flights the first being the EZY8422 flight from Ljubljana to London Gatwick. Then a second flight from London Gatwick to Glasgow on flight EZY887. At no point did anyone or any document say it was a self transfer and that we would have to collect our bags and re-check them in in Gatwick. So we clearly did not pick it up. We now realise that our bag is probably still in Gatwick and would be wherever it has been taken from baggage control. |
| Additional Information: | It is a large black duffel pull along suitcase with purple detailing on the sides. Inside there is a parcel tube with some hand-drawn floor plans inside, clothes, shoes, a small brown backpackhandbag which inside should contain a new fleeced baby onesie. |
