We boarded the plane and sat on the plane for 1 hours to have the piolet come on to announce that the plane had a mechanic tire issue and we will not be flying for another 2-4 hours please leave the plane so we did all 235 people with out carry on bags. Sat in the airport for 2-3 hours and made the decision to cancel as we were flying to JFK and connecting to fly to Burlington Vermont that evening and would not make our connection at this point. The JetBlue help assisted us and also told us our luggage cannot come of the plane at this point. We were flying back to go to our daughter in-laws first baby shower with many items, gift for the baby but the luggage never showed in Burlington Vermont or anywhere else. With lots of anxiety and loosing patients but we did fly out on United Airlines 3 dayslater to make the shower back east hoping our luggage would arrive there but no luck. When we came back home we filed a claim at JetBlue but to this day 2 months later no nothing even from JetBlue its a very place to be at especially in our modern times and computer world and scanning luggage why they say they lost our property. We do not hear from JetBlue anymore but I will not give up and thank you for your time, Frank and Sharon Davis |
