My 3 suitcases are broken. I had 9 baggages and 4 of them are broken. But 3 of their handles are fully broken and irons in the legs are broken and outsided. These 3 suitcases cannot be used in future. And I went to the office inside the Vilnius Airport as soon as I saw my suitcases. But as there were no one there I could not tell anything to anyone about the issue. As I will travel with my family 2 little kids with a lot of baggages again I need suitcase to carry these many of clothes. Thank you for your time and understanding. |
