RO 130916Reference to the data above, I would like to complain about the loss and mishandling of my bag during my travel from Cairo Egypt to Sofia Bulgaria on the 4th of August 2021 and this is the report I made upon my arrival at Sofia airport as well as the bag tag number I was given in Cairo and now I am staying in Bulgaria for one month without my luggage and cloths due to this, yes my bag was found at last at sofia airport but I will not receive till the 5th or 6th of August 2021 and till now i didnt received my bag and I would like a quick reply on where the whereabouts of my bag was and the compensation that will be offered to me for this loss and delay of my bag specially that it contained all my belongings for this vacation as well as valuable gifts to my in-laws here in Bulgaria. |
