YourI traveled from London to Tirana on June 19, 2021 on flight BA 2648 and I passed all the luggage downstairs, when I arrived at Rinas at Mother Teresa Airport in Tirana I was missing 2 bags. I contacted the lost and found office and was informed that your bags did not arrive. I then contacted british airways and was informed that two baby strollers and one bag was sent on 19.06.2021 Exactly the bag no. BA 739577 that I lost according to british airways was launched on 19.06.2021 in flight No. BA2648 in the container no. AKH45316BM, and on 21.06.2021 the bag was launched which I withdrew in the container AKH 4268BH. in rinas it was confirmed to me that they have no information from british airways that the bag has been launched.While a cell phone that I had in my bag, appears in Tirana which I verified through the DBS TRUCK application which verifies that the bag arrived in Rinas and left the airport.Waiting for your help |
