I went from Switzerland to Barcelona for a connecting flight to Birmingham, my friend saw that the staff members put my wheelchair on the luggage band in Barcelona, while it should have gone to Birmingham. so its in Barcelona. I made a claim at the Birmingham airport but they failed to send me my reference number. I need my sport chair tomorrow at latest cuz Im here for a wheelchair tennis tournament. |
