On Saturday 10th April landed at OR Thambo International airport from Cape Town International airport , upon collecting our luggage at OR Thambo , we found my Daughters luggage were not there. Left contact details and they reported on the 11th April that the luggage was wrongly placed on a flight to Amsterdam , That plane left a few minutes before out flight took off . On the 13th April i was informed that the baggage was in Mexico and would arrive late on the 15th Of April and that i would receive it via Courier on the 16th of April . I have received my Daughters luggage but to my shock all the expensive items were missing . 1. GHD Limited Edition Straightener platinum tropic sky R 3 800.00 2. Noha ladies perfume 750ml cacharel noa eau de toilette spray for her 100ml - R 1429.00 4. Asic Gel- Nimbus Lite 2 woman trainers size 12 digital GrapeBlack - R 3 600.005. Nike Zoom Rotational 6 Tekkies size 11.5 - R 1 650I would like the video footage on all the airports were this bag was sent to and i also want the person responsible to be punished.This is unacceptable .
