Dear lost and found Team This is regarding my hand bag missing in the Aircarft flight Number AF47527 Mar at 1115hrs Terminal 2E. once I get up from seat number 19K that cabin crew took my hand bag from me and ask will handover to you at the Aircarft Door Wn I out from Aircarft door I didnt Receive my hand Bag at the Aircarft Door the same time I informed to Airfrance Ground Staff they advised me will send you on the same flight AF22627Mar Delhi once I Arrived at Delhi Airport I meet with Air France ground Staff nothing found my hand bag .then they advised to me Raise the complain lost and found Department at Paris Terminal 2E .then Airfrance send me link through Email . and same I have raised the complain online lost and found at Paris. I have Nothing update received from Airfrance Paris. I have inside the bag my All documents which is everything for me, 1 Bible book, clothes, cosmetics.My hand bag its black color hardshel cabin size bag.This is humble request to you reslove my issues as soon as possible and send my bag at Delhi Airport through Air France. Please find below attached file for your reference. Im waiting your positive response. |
