I was checking into Air Canada and had other bags with me so I put this carry on down next to me and after my husband and I checked in we walked over to have our golf bags checked and walked to our gate. After we got through security and customs walking to our gate I noticed I didnt have my carry on, only my purse. So my husband and I ran down going back through customs and back up to the check in desk where we were told Oh, security just came with the dogs to get it. because it was sitting there by its self. So we ran down to the Security office and it said it was closed and no one was there so we had no option to run as fast as we could back through security and customs and to our gate where we just made it to catch our flight to FLL Fort Lauderdale, FL. We are here for 2 months and everything I need for work and important docs are in that case. |

It is a hard case Delsey white case with Brown accents on it. a picture of it is on the Delsey website. It does have a Delsey name tag on it with my info but you have to open it and pull out the tag otherwise it just looks like a Delsey tag. |
