I was supposed to travel from New York to Belgrade, via Paris and Prague. I bought ticket for that route. When I arrived in Paris, they told me at the airport that it was impossible for me to continue my trip, due to the corona-virus measures. I have Montenegrin passport, and since Montenegro is not a member of the Schengen Area, it was not possible for me to continue to Prague. Thats why I was obliged to buy a new ticket, direct flight Paris - Belgrade, with Air Serbia. However, I was not allowed to transfer my baggage from the previous flight to the next one, even though I requested that countless times from the Air France staff at the Airport. They didnt allow me to leave the terminal for that purpose, nor were willing to that by themselves. They told me that they could not to that, and guaranteed that my baggage will arrive in Belgrade in the next few days or with the next flight. In Belgrade, I filled baggage claim form, and they have been contacting Air France on daily level, but still havent got any response. Please find attached my tickets both included, image of my suitcase, baggage number after being checked in at JFK Airport and also registration number of the lost baggage claim form filled at Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade. |
