Toronto Pearson terminal 3 baggage claim on March 28 at 00.30 am Flight AM 0616. from Mexico city.The luggage did not show up on the conveyor, I my son had booked a limousine pick up for 1.30 am, I could not find anyone in the baggage are to claim the loss.So I left the place at the exit I talked to the police about and advised me to get in touch with the airline, I did try that with no answer, I was on the phone on Sunday morning for 3 hrs with no results, I did the same on Monday morning at 6.00 am March the 30 with no positive contact with the airline and gave up.The luggage is tagged with my name, the baggage ticket claim was attached by the airline on one of the forms that we had to fill up before departure from Manzanillo Mex re-COVID 19. That form was taken from me at the exit of the luggage area at Toronto Pearson |
