Flight was AA2494 departing Cancun CUN and arriving at Miami MIA 0n Sat, 21 Mar 2020, scheduled to depart CUN at 10:19 AM. My wife and I were occupying seats 2A and 2B and my I-pad was inon seat 2A. After we landed we went to the Admirals Club located at D-30, North Terminal, Concourse D. and reported the loss. One of your Club guest services representatives was able to locate my I-Pad and was attempting to retrieve it for me. We ran out of time and headed to our departure gate for our flight to JAX 4418 and he told me that if he got it in time he would try to get it to me at the gate. Since I am writing this, it is obvious we ran out of time. Bottom Line - I-Pad left in Seat 2A on AA2494 upon deplaning in MIA. |
