We collected in error an identical red Samsonite medium size suitcase and did not realise it was not ours until going to unpack the following morning. We immediately tried to contact both Heathrow and Tap and, as a result, my wife registered the details on TAP website. Hearing nothing by yesterday I registered full details again. In neither instance were we given a case number. We particularly want to return the case collected in error as the owner must be searching fruitlessly as well through no fault of their own. I had thought driving to lost and found would be necessary but would rather do this knowing that Id be able to collect my case at the same time. |
