I just checked i saw my 2 baggage gone through then I asked the guy who work in the chake in he said you need to pick up your baggage Auckland New Zealand and go through customs then you will get Wellington .then I arrived Auckland,when I chake my baggage only one the other baggage wasnt there I told to Air New Zealand what happened and I gave my baggage key incase if they found it but almost month later my Lowyer call Addis airport they told us they found the baggage and they will send it back I will get by December 11 but lie nothing,Air New Zealand they keep emailing you guys but no response finally I told to my Lowyer you guys said the biggest Airline but shame I spend lots of money on that bagg, barebra 5 kilo shero,3 kilo pictures,bula,etan .... Men aweralhu it was disappointed now no answer at all I need my money back or I will continue with my Lowyer to sue you guys |
