Last seen in Ethiopya,then my flight was Ethiopya_ Singapore_ Auckland, then after I arrived Auckland. I need to collect my baggage to go through customs,but only one baggage ,I reported to Auckland customs,I have them my baggage key then I reported to Air New Zealand, they contacted Ethiopyan Airlines, they told them the baggage wasnt sent to New Zealand ,and they opened my locked baggage they told us they found the baggage but some kind of staff damage, then they told us as soon as they can to send it they said December 11 ,2019 I will receive my baggage but that was the biggest lie,I feel shame but I wanted my Baggage or my compensation |
