Mobile: 91 98455 97774Am a frequent flyer on Malaysia Airlines and my Frequent flyer number is MH309749845.I was travelling on a flight from Melbourne to Kuala Lumpur by Malaysia Airlines on 20th Feb 2020, my Airline Booking Reference is SLOK32. My passport number is Z4111077.My seat number on this route was 29K on MH148 and during the flight I as working on my laptop and as the battery went low, I switched off the laptop and left it in the seat pouch in front of me. On Landing at KL Airport at terminal C, I forgot to take the laptop from the seat pouch and as the time was short to make the next connecting flight, in a hurry, I headed to catch a connecting flight to Bangalore MH192 from KL Airport from Terminal H4 and forgot about the laptop.I only realised at security check gate H4, when I opened the bag to scan my laptop and was very close to departure time.I was trying to board MH192, as it was very close to the departure time, the staff at the counter recommended that I should board the aircraft, and then on arrival in Bangalore to register for Lost and Found, The staff at Bangalore have asked me to contact you by email and register the loss of laptop, writing to you, explaining how this happened and you would try to help me in this matter.My laptop is Microsoft surface Pro 4, a silver laptop with black keyboard and was in a black sleeve, the screen saver is a tiger face and is about 2yrs 6months old.Kindly accept my request by this email to register this loss of laptop and would request your help to Kindly arrange to locate this Laptop and make arrangements to hand over the same to me.have attached my passport copy and boarding cars for your reference.I can have this collected in Bangalore, my address and contact details as above.I await your response in this matter and really need your help as this Laptop contains lot of personal and official Information and will be very difficult to manage without this.Thanks in anticipation, if you need more information about this laptop, pls do not hesitate to contact me on this email, or can call me on 91 98455 97774 or can reach dhanya on 91 98860 26378 |
