I was heading to Australia on December 28th 2019 On Phillipines airline and I was asked to take my laptop out MacBook Pro Silver with a cracked screen because I was going through TSA. I had been picked to be checked and with all the commotion my laptop wasnt handed back to me. I was being searched and checked for about 15 minutes and being told to stay in one spot when handed back all my belongings, my laptop was not returned back to me. I later realized I didnt have my laptop when I went to the phillipines and was asked to take my electronics out again so that it can go through scanning. I have sent emails, I have called and left messages, returned to the airport even went down to TSA headquarters and I have still not heard anything back about my belongings. I would appreciate a follow up email or a phone call to let me know that my case has been received and will be looked into. |
