I left from Khazan to Moscow then to Rome where I had a 23 hour overstay. I could not collect my bag as I was informed that it will go directly on the plane to South Africaon arrival at OR Thambo in Johannesburg my bag was not on the plane and I could not find my bag. It has been four days. Please could you assisst me. JHB Airport did not receive any feedback from you. |
