I was a flight to Moscow on 11 of January by Garuda Indonesia thought SEOUL flight GA870SU251, my luggage must be come to Moscow in 11 of January. Our flight in SEOUL had been delayed up to 11 of January at 12:50. The airlines changed the tickets for me and I had a flight in Moscow through Bangkok instead of SEOUL at 16:10 on January, 11. The guy, who changed tickets to me, said, that I could get my luggage before my new flight, but when I came at the airport at 11.40, they said, that they couldnt give me a luggage and it would be come in Moscow through SEOUL Garuda Indonesia must be sent my luggage to Moscow by itself.
