| Additional Information: | The item was left on seat no 37C, although our seats were on 39AC, initially we sat on the wrong seats, in 37AC. When we realized those werent our seats, we moved and my child forgot the iPad on 37C. When we realized it was already too late the doors were closed and the aircraft was moving. I asked the cabin crew and they said they already gave it to the ground staff because they thought it was from the previous flight left there. |
