On my way to currency services - Travellex holdings S PTE LTD registration No 197902968M changiairport airport .before exchange my SGD to INR I kept my 2bottles on the floor in the front of this counter and once exchanged my money I forgot to Pickup the 2bottles from the floor and proceeded to gate A18 to catch SQ52818APR .When put my hand luggage on the scanning machine I noticed by over sight leftout my 2 bottles near travellex holdings counter itself.rushed back to travellex holdings area but the 2bottles not located on the floor.missing immediately I approached information counter for to assist to locate the bottles but counter staff advised me to send email to enquiry @changiairport .com for lost 2 bottles as the process of investigation will take time .Due to No time ,I took my flight SQ52818APR ETD 2025LT .kindly assist me in this regard and locate my 2 bottles with the help of your airport surveillance camera and advise me.we all belive singapore is one of the safest place and will locate the missing things with your efficient Team.awaing for your valuable reply. |
