24 March 2019To,The Lost Found Baggage Officer Malaysian Airlines Head OfficeThe Lost Found Baggage Officer MumbaiThe Lost Found Baggage Officer KualalumpurDear SirMadam,I, Mrs Rego Lourdina and my Husband Mr Mark Stephen Rego Flew from Melbourne to Mumbai, by MH-128 and MH-174 on 13th FEBRUARY by Malaysian airlines, with 3 bags checked in, check in counter with no excess baggage AND HANDEL WITH CARE STICKERS ON ALL 3 BAGS. My booking Ref : J29DRC . Upon receiving my bags on 13TH March Morning at 1200 noon, by MH-174 , in Mumbai Chatrapati Shivaji Terminus, I saw at the airport on the baggage conveyer belt, that One of my bag wheel was missing, we were carrying 3 bags in total, other 2 bags were okay. I thought my wheel might be broken while transporting, so I did not bother much to complain to the airport Ground Staff.But when I was searching for my GOLD Necklace, which was wrapped in my waist Pink corset, I found it missing. Total cost of Gold Necklace, my Pink corset and including my Bag, cut open is about AUD: 1400.00. It had a lot of sentimental value and it was my marriage gift.I thought the Airline will call me for missing items, but no reply came from the Malaysian Airlines, My transit was in Kuala Lumpur for 3 hrs. my other Items in my bag were okay and my bag colour is black with belt strapped brown and locked with keys.I would like your offices to investigate where things have gone wrong with the bag wheel broken and where this has happened and my GOLD necklace missing. I am a frequent Malaysian Airlines traveller and travel by Malaysian only. Before this also on two occasions my baggage was lost and then delivered at home in Melbourne. I do not understand why this is happening often and why by Malaysian Airlines only and why no security action has been taken.If you happen to find my GOLD necklace wrapped in a pink corset let me know, I can pick it up from Melbourne Malaysian Airlines office with your contact Details.
