| Location Details: | In the drawer at the right hand side of my seat at floor level.My seat was 13 D beside my husband in 13 E.I am sure that I had placed it there on boarding but did not use it during the flight noticed that it was missing when we collected our luggage in Abu Dhabi Airport. The flight departed LHR in 6th March at 13.20. |
| Additional Information: | When I realised my loss I contacted the Concierge at our hotel early on 7th March who contacted the BA office at Abu Dhabi Airport who promised to check their Lost Found department call back. They failed to do so the Concierge called again the next day to be informed that the office was closed. On 9th March he tried again was passed to several different BA departments including those at Dubai Airport None were able to help but suggested that we pursue the loss with the airline on our return to London on 15th March . I assume the staff check all areas of the aircraft before its next flight register any items found Whilst my Kindle was not of great value I had purchased downloaded over 80 books in its library. |
