I have started my travel from Islamabad airport by ettehad air lines.I booked my red bag with black zip 19.9 kg with pink name tag,wrapped by transparent plastic bag and locked zip on 15 March 2019 at 3:40am by flight number 232.I were supposed to go NewYork JFK airport on 15 March ,2019 but American emigration authority at Abu Dahbi airport refused to move further. I asked my bag from emigration officer ,they said they will handed over to the airline which supposed to take me back.Than i booked Air blue flight number PA231 from Abu Dahbi to Islamabad and they issued me a baggage number hand written GX4QWB ,picture attached . I complaint to the air blue at Islamabad airport but they respond me that they were not handed over my bag by Ettehad air line at Abu dahbi airport.Now its request to please check from the concern authority so i could find my bag.Best Shazia Bashir923006597303Best regardsShazia Bashir |
