Phone was switched off before take off. When reached Delhi on the 1st February 2019 and wanted to ring kids at home could not find the phone. Looked everywhere, sent an email to jet airways and got a reply stating they have not found and to get in touch with etihad air. I did sent an email to Etihad but unable to send stating that the mail box was full. Without phone and wifi it was deficult to contact any one. |
