I put my small black travel umbrella in the side pocket of my magenta suitcase along with a 23 meter black bungee cord that goes with the suitcase and velcro it shut. The last time I saw it was when I was at check-in at the Schnipol Airport in Amsterdam and reached down from my wheel chair to put it in and close it shut. It fit inside. The clerk then took the bag. I was on Icelandair Flight 681 on 710104 that departed at 2:00pm. I changed planes in Keflavik at 5:00 pm onto Icelandair Flight 681 to Seattle. When I arrived in Seattle neither the umbrella nor the bungee cord were in the side pocket of my suitcase. |
