To whom it may concern, On the 16th my friend and I flew from Delhi, India, to Amsterdam with a transfer in Moscow. Flight number to Moscow SU 233 and flight number to Amsterdam SU 2550. Each of us checked in two pieces of luggage whereof three belonged to me. Three out of four pieces made it to Amsterdam the next day, but my backpack is still missing after a week. The problem occurred most likely during the transfer in Moscow. The Amsterdam lost and found said their period is now over to search for my backpack and I should file a claim with the airline. Our passenger names our luggage was under are Mohammad Alwahaib and Charlotte Ouwehand. I cant tell which of our four tags the backpack belongs to so I will list all four. One of these numbers is the backpack that is lost: 3555 SU 5473283555 SU 5473293555 SU 5473303555 SU 547331 Attached to this email you can also find pictures of the missing backpack. You can see a unique yellow cotton piece that was sown onto the backpack to make it easy to recognize. Some of the things inside are: -Clothes - bluewhite striped dress, brownblack dress, grey pullover with Hong Kong in pink letters on it, two sweat pants, underwear etc.-Black ballerina shoes-Grey flip flops-A big postal package 2-3kg with my name and my Indian address on it. I left it unopened for travel purposes. Inside is a pair of glasses, medicine and dried fruits-Pink towel-Two personal Notebooks, one is big and made of leather and a smaller one with an Indian elephant god on the front-Small boxes tiger balm-Several green bottles hair oil from the brand Amla The report numbers our case was filed under in Amsterdam are: AMSSU10442AMSSU10443 Like every passenger I dont like to be separated from my belongings and urge you to figure out where it is right now. Please make sure that it will be returned to me soon. Schiphol lost and found informed me that it would be sent to them first anyways, but just in case I will give you my address in California as well: Charlotte Ouwehand218 E Monroe AveOrange, CA, 92867USA If you need any other information, please let me know so I can immediately provide it.
