I never was able to collect it at baggage claim because I forgot it. I really apologise but had an operation on my hand previously and was on medication which made me forgetful. It is a black case with a small tag which looks like the Swiss flag on it. I am in New Zealand at the moment and am returning to the uk on 1509. Could you tell me how long this baggage is kept if it is unclaimed. I have family in Cape Town that I could ask to collect it and take it to my home if found. I appreciate your assistance in this matter |
