My bag was in my large pink hard shell suitcase that I checked in with a padlock on it.
When I collected it at LHR on the 9/08/2026 the padlock had been taken off and the suitcase was left unzipped.
I opened my case up and again my inside pouch was left unzipped with my Chanel gift bag left and the Chanel bag inside the box taken!
