Baggage Claim
We travelled on 7th August SV775 flight ..from cochin International Airport to Riyadh RUH…flight landed at 2300h and we waited in Riyadh king khalid Airport for luggage around 2 hrs..flight screen showed no baggage from SV775…that’s the time we know our baggages not arrived…we filled the baggage claim form..until now we did not receive any mails or msg or call from responsibil authorities…
