On the Airplane
The item was left in the seat pocket in front of seat A12.
Actually, I left my iPad on Flight SL360 from Bangkok (BKK) (09:20) to Hong Kong (HKG) (13:05). It was left in the seat pocket in front of seat A12.
After arriving in Hong Kong, I checked with the Hong Kong Lost & Found office, but my iPad was not found.
**When I returned to Thailand**, I contacted Thai Lion Air. The airline staff informed me that my iPad was later found in Singapore on Flight SL104 (25 July). They explained that it was found on the same aircraft that had operated my flight SL360 from Bangkok to Hong Kong before continuing to its next flight.
The attached photos were taken by the Lost & Found staff in Singapore after they located my iPad.
Could you please confirm whether my iPad will be available for collection at the Lost & Found Office, Terminal 4, Arrival Hall, Level 1 on 9 August? I am planning to pick it up on that date.
